Refund & Cancellation Policy

Elysian is operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains how to cancel a purchase and how refunds are handled. It is not legal advice, and it does not reduce any right you have by law.

What you are buying

Planning Pass and Wedding Day are one-time purchases for one wedding, charged in US dollars. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge.

Your 14-day cancellation right

You may cancel a Planning Pass or Wedding Day purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Access begins immediately, but we do not ask you to give up this 14-day cancellation right. If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

To cancel, simply write to weddings@elywed.com from the email address on your Elysian account and tell us you are cancelling. You do not have to use any special form.

How quickly a refund is made

An eligible 14-day cancellation refund is made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and we do not charge a refund fee. Your bank may take a few working days to show it, and any currency conversion difference is set by your card issuer rather than by us.

After the 14-day period

Your statutory rights continue. If the service is faulty, misdescribed, unavailable, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, tell us. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a repair, a re-performance, a price reduction or a refund. We would rather fix the problem first, but a refund remains available where the law provides for one.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged in error, tell us and we will refund the incorrect charge. You do not need to give a reason.

Discretionary refunds

Separately from your rights above, we may choose to offer a refund as a goodwill gesture. These are considered case by case, and offering one does not create an entitlement for other requests.

What a refund does — and does not — do

• If a paid purchase is refunded, we may remove the access that purchase provided. This does not automatically delete your wedding data. Any access change is handled separately and we will tell you when it takes effect.
• You can still export or delete your wedding data yourself at any time from Settings.
